A bright, sweet, and tart punch combining fresh strawberries, zesty lemonade, and vodka, perfect for parties and casual gatherings. Easy to make and refreshingly vibrant with a hint of mint and fizz from club soda.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 cups fresh lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 ½ cups vodka (quality like Tito’s or Absolut)
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
  • ½ cup simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, lightly bruised
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Plenty of ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Place sliced strawberries and bruised mint leaves into a large punch bowl or pitcher. Gently muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon to release juices and aroma without pureeing.
  2. Add 4 cups lemonade and ½ cup simple syrup to the bowl. Stir gently to combine and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour in 1 ½ cups vodka and stir well to mix.
  4. Just before serving, add 2 cups club soda for fizz and fill the bowl or pitcher with plenty of ice to chill the punch.
  5. Garnish with thin lemon slices and a few whole mint sprigs. Serve into glasses filled with extra ice using a ladle.

Notes

Do not over-muddle strawberries to avoid cloudiness and excessive sweetness. Add club soda last to preserve fizz. Prepare punch up to 4 hours ahead without club soda and ice, then add before serving. For less alcohol, reduce vodka or omit and increase club soda or use sparkling lemonade. Frozen strawberries can be used but may dilute flavor if not drained. Use fresh mint for best flavor. Freeze lemonade and vodka mixture in ice trays to keep punch cold without watering down.
