A light, festive punch combining sweet Moscato, tart lemonade, and fresh blueberries, perfect for easy summer parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Moscato wine
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (thawed if frozen)
  • 3 cups fresh lemonade
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (optional)
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries under cold water and gently pat dry. Set aside a handful for garnish.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour 3 cups (24 fl oz) of fresh lemonade. Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup if a sweeter punch is desired. Stir until combined.
  3. Slowly pour in the entire 750 ml bottle of Moscato wine. Gently stir to blend flavors without dissipating bubbles.
  4. Add the rinsed blueberries to the pitcher to infuse flavor and color.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, add 1 cup (8 fl oz) of club soda or sparkling water for fizz. Add plenty of ice cubes and drop in fresh lemon slices and reserved blueberries for garnish.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses with fruit pieces and a straw or cocktail pick. Encourage gentle stirring before sipping.

Notes

Do not add sparkling water too early to preserve fizz. Adjust sweetness by tasting lemonade first and adding simple syrup only if needed. Chill punch base before adding soda water. Stir gently to avoid flattening carbonation. Use frozen fruit cubes to avoid watering down punch. Non-alcoholic version can be made by substituting Moscato with sparkling white grape juice or lemon-lime soda.
