A refreshing, no-cook summer snack featuring watermelon wedges topped with a colorful variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, and honey. Perfect for hot days and casual gatherings.

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon, chilled
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced thinly
  • Fresh blueberries, whole
  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced into thin rounds or half-moons
  • Mango, cut into small cubes or thin slices
  • Seedless grapes, halved
  • Fresh mint leaves, a few sprigs, roughly chopped or whole
  • Greek yogurt or whipped cream, optional dollops
  • Honey or agave syrup, optional drizzle

Instructions

  1. Chill the whole watermelon in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  2. Remove the watermelon from the fridge and rinse under cool water.
  3. Using a sharp chef’s knife, cut the watermelon into 8-10 wedges, each wedge serving as a pizza slice.
  4. Wash all fresh fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries thinly, peel and slice kiwi, cube mango, and halve grapes. Place each fruit in separate bowls.
  5. Lay out the watermelon wedges on a serving platter.
  6. Layer the fruit toppings evenly on each watermelon slice, scattering strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, and grapes to create a colorful mosaic.
  7. Add a teaspoon or two of Greek yogurt on each slice or drizzle lightly with honey or agave syrup.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  9. Serve immediately to keep the fruit fresh and juicy. Refrigerate uncovered for up to 1 hour if needed.

Notes

Use a serrated knife for cutting the watermelon rind if preferred. Assemble just before serving to avoid soggy slices. Chilling the watermelon beforehand is essential for a refreshing taste.
