Instructions

  1. Lay out the small flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise or mustard evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Lay one or two thin slices of deli turkey evenly over the spread, leaving a small edge free for rolling.
  4. Place one slice of cheese on top of the turkey; cut to fit if necessary.
  5. Add optional ingredients like baby spinach leaves or thin cucumber slices lightly.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly but gently from one edge, ensuring all ingredients stay inside.
  7. Wrap the rolls in parchment paper or a clean kitchen towel and chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1 to 1.5-inch mini roll-ups with a gentle sawing motion.
  9. Place the mini roll-ups in an airtight container or lunchbox and add a small ice pack if packing early.
