Refreshing Cranberry-Ginger Kombucha Mocktail

A tart, slightly spicy, and bubbly mocktail packed with probiotics and antioxidants, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ginger kombucha
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice lime into wedges, wash mint leaves, and measure out cranberry juice, kombucha, and sweetener if using.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes to your serving glass.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) of cranberry juice and 1/2 cup (120 ml) of ginger kombucha into the glass. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Squeeze the juice of half a lime (about 1 tbsp or 15 ml) into the mix. Stir again to incorporate.
  5. If using honey or maple syrup, add 1 tsp (5 ml) and stir until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust as needed.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge. Optionally, add frozen cranberries for extra flair.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
