A quick and easy homemade version of the iconic Starbucks Pink Drink, combining creamy coconut milk with tangy freeze-dried strawberries and natural sweetness for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) white grape juice
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold brew coffee (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor and pulse until they become a fine powder, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the white grape juice and vanilla syrup to the strawberry powder and blend for another 15 seconds until combined.
  3. Pour the unsweetened coconut milk into the blender and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. If using, add cold brew coffee now and pulse once or twice to combine, avoiding over-blending.
  5. Fill a large glass or tumbler with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes.
  6. Pour the pink drink mixture over the ice gently.
  7. Give the drink a gentle stir with a straw or spoon before enjoying.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries for concentrated flavor; fresh strawberries can be used but should be blended and strained to avoid pulp. Adjust sweetness with vanilla syrup or simple syrup. Chill glass beforehand for best refreshment. Layer cold brew coffee on top for a pretty effect or mix it in for a caffeinated version.
