  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened canned)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease your bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon of cloves. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece into a rough ball.
  4. Toss the dough balls in the sugar-spice mixture until they are fully coated. Arrange them evenly in the greased bundt pan.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in 1 cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Evenly drizzle the caramel-pumpkin mixture over the coated dough balls in the bundt pan.
