  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) orange liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pomegranate juice (100% juice)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar or honey (optional)
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 12 cups (240480 ml) club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Slice oranges and lemons thinly, setting aside a few slices for garnish.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour red wine, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and cranberry juice.
  3. Add sugar or honey if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add sliced oranges, lemons, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cranberries to the pitcher. Gently muddle the fruit with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. For deeper flavor, refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  6. Before serving, add ice to the pitcher and top with club soda or sparkling water for fizz.
  7. Pour into glasses, ensuring each serving includes some fruit for presentation.
