Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×13 inch sheet pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt the butter gently in a microwave-safe bowl or over low heat on the stovetop. Let it cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, salt, and smoked paprika until well combined.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with vanilla extract until smooth. Slowly pour in the melted butter while whisking continuously.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently using a spatula until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
