A quick, healthy, and delicious breakfast bowl featuring creamy Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, crunchy granola, and optional honey and chia seeds for extra flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • ½ cup (75 g) fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup (30 g) granola (choose your favorite crunchy variety)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1 cup (240 ml) of Greek yogurt, ½ cup (75 g) fresh raspberries, and ¼ cup (30 g) granola. Have honey, chia seeds, and fresh mint ready if using.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt into your serving bowl. If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon (5 g) chia seeds for extra texture and nutrition.
  3. Gently scatter the fresh raspberries over the yogurt, keeping some whole and some slightly pressed for texture and juice.
  4. Generously sprinkle ¼ cup (30 g) of granola over the top just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  5. Lightly drizzle 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of honey over the bowl for sweetness, adjusting to taste.
  6. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for color and freshness, if desired.

Notes

Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy. Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture. Fresh raspberries preferred over frozen. Optional add-ins include chia seeds, honey, and fresh mint. For vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use vegan granola.
