Easy Fudgy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Easy Fudgy Nutella Brownies - featured image

A quick and simple recipe for dense, fudgy brownies made with just Nutella, eggs, and flour. Perfect for a comforting homemade treat with minimal ingredients and fuss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup (280g) Nutella and 2 large eggs. Whisk together until smooth and fully combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour gently with a spatula until no flour streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely on a cooling rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice into squares and serve as is or with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy; use room temperature eggs for better mixing; fold flour gently to avoid tough texture; cool completely before slicing for clean cuts. If batter is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk or water. Nutella may separate in warm weather—stir before measuring.
