Creamy, nutty peanut butter swirled into tangy Greek yogurt, frozen into bite-sized treats that melt in your mouth. A healthy and satisfying snack perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened, or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup (80g) peanut butter (natural, creamy or crunchy)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line your mini muffin tin or silicone molds with cupcake liners (if using) for easy release.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the molds, filling each mold about ¾ full.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or shredded coconut on top of each bite for added texture and flavor.
  5. Carefully place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the bites are solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
