A quick, healthy, and customizable treat featuring creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your berries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Measure out the granola and prepare the yogurt.
  2. Scoop about 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of your parfait glass and spread it evenly to form the base layer.
  3. Place a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt. Mix different types for a colorful look or stick to your favorite.
  4. Add a handful of granola on top of the berries for a crunchy texture.
  5. Add another layer of yogurt, followed by more berries and granola. Repeat this process until the glass is full, ensuring the top layer is granola.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer for added sweetness, if desired.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a few extra berries for presentation.
  8. Serve immediately with a spoon, or cover the glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Notes

[‘Use chilled yogurt and berries for the best texture and flavor.’, ‘Keep granola separate if making ahead to maintain its crunch.’, ‘Experiment with flavors by adding cinnamon, cocoa nibs, or other toppings.’]
