A smooth, velvety iced latte infused with the spiced sweetness of cookie butter, perfect for a café-style treat at home.

  • 2 tablespoons cookie butter
  • 2 ounces freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 ounces of espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Warm the milk slightly in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cookie butter to the warm milk and blend until smooth using a blender or handheld frother.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the brewed espresso over the ice, followed by the cookie butter-milk mixture.
  6. Add sugar or sweetener if desired and stir well.
