A rich, creamy protein shake that tastes just like indulgent cookie dough, perfect for post-workout recovery, a quick breakfast, or a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop (30-35g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 12 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 34 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add 1 scoop (30-35g) of vanilla protein powder to your blender.
  2. Pour in 1 cup (240ml) of unsweetened almond milk. Adjust the amount for a thinner or thicker shake.
  3. Add 1 frozen banana. If your banana isn’t frozen, add a few extra ice cubes later.
  4. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of almond butter. Ensure it’s creamy and unsalted for the best flavor.
  5. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  6. Add 3-4 ice cubes to make it cold and frothy.
  7. Blend everything on high for about 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed.
  8. Pour the shake into your serving glass, then gently stir in 1-2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips for the cookie dough texture.

Notes

[‘Freeze ripe bananas for a creamier texture.’, ‘Do not over-blend to avoid thinning the shake.’, ‘Adjust sweetness with honey, maple syrup, or a medjool date.’, ‘For a lower-calorie option, use mini dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs.’, ‘Experiment with extras like granola or chopped nuts for added texture.’]
